MyMcHosting Service Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Minecraft hosting services provided by MyMcHosting ("Provider"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time without notice, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

2. Gameserver Hosting Services

Provider offers Minecraft, among other server hosting services, allowing you to rent server resources and storage space to host your own Minecraft or other game server. You may use these services for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms outlined herein.

3. Credit Shop and Server Rental

3.1. Credits:

Users can purchase credits from the credit shop, which can be used exclusively within our platform to rent, renew, and extend servers. Credits are not refundable and have no real-world monetary value.

3.2. Server Rental:

Credits obtained from the credit shop can be used to rent, renew, and extend servers within our platform. Servers must be used in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and may not be used for illegal or malicious activities.

4. Scheduled Maintenance

4.1. Maintenance Notifications:

Provider may perform scheduled maintenance on our servers, which may result in temporary downtime. We are committed to minimizing disruptions to your experience and will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled maintenance via our official Discord channel, providing a notice before maintenance begins.

4.2. Service Availability:

During scheduled maintenance, some services may be temporarily unavailable. Please note that Provider is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from scheduled maintenance.

5. Acceptable Use

Users of our hosting services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services to:

  • Transmit or store malicious software, viruses, or any other harmful content.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Engage in activities that disrupt the stability or security of our servers or network.

6. Termination

Provider reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our hosting services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.mymchosting.com/privacy-policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your server and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any downtime or disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Depending on the type of service you choose, MyMcHosting offers various Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet your needs.

11.1. SLA 1:

Support for hardware and network issues. Continuous monitoring of the platform. Intervention within one hour in case of disruptions, typically within minutes.

11.2. SLA 2:

Includes all features of SLA 1. Specialists available for addressing questions or requests. Management of updates to the chosen system software which is available in our panel (on request).

11.3. SLA 3:

Includes all features of SLA 1 and 2. Help with server and plugin configurations, performance optimizations, security enhancements, and help with debugging software issues within our scope of expertise.

11.4. SLA Changes by Category:

We reserve the right to modify the SLA for a package and/or category of packages at any time without prior notice.
